SERENA Rwanda Hotel is to be renovated at a cost of $15m in 12 months, Evelyn Karamagi, the sales and marketing manager, has said.
The renovation will involve construction of 44 guest rooms, 16 of which will be executive and 28 standard.
A two-storey Maisha health spa with a swimming pool will also be constructed. At the end of the renovation, Diplomat Restaurant�s capacity will have increased to 114 from 70. During the renovation, the gym, swimming pool and Diplomat Restaurant will be closed.
�All meals will be served at Sokoni Restaurant downstairs. Guests lso have the alternative of ordering room service which will operate 24 hours a day.�
