Il y'a eu le ton dans la réponse du Secretaire d'État. Toute la surenchère médiatique qui a suivie, n'a pas, a mon avis, explorée le caractère judicieux ou pas de la question. Pour une remise en contexte, on se trouve à Kinshasa, les températures que cette ville mégapole peut atteindre peuvent influencer sur l'humeur de la personne lambda, a plus forte raison, sur celle du secrétaire d'État..

Petit b ou petit deux, les consignes faites à tout voyageur qui vient au Congo est de se protéger contre la Malaria entre autre. Je suppose avec un pourcentage plus que confortable que notre Secrétaire d'État avait pris des tablettes contre cette maladie tropicale. Un des effets secondaire que ces tablettes peuvent avoir est l'insomnie.
Nous, nous trouvons donc dans une conférence qui parle sur le calvaire de nos sœurs et mères. Cet étudiant voyant son heure de gloire venue, pose sa question. Je pense que le Département d'État a les moyens adéquats pour utiliser un traducteur dont les mots ne seront pas source d'équivoque.
Je n'ai pas cillé, la confiance que j'avais en Madame Hillary Clinton lors des Primaires demeure.
