Field Sales Management opportunities in Europe for graduates with drive and ambition.
Autosmart International Ltd, are the UK's Number 1. Manufacturer and supplier of vehicle cleaning products to the trade market. We distribute via a network of highly skilled franchisees throughout Europe

We are looking to recruit dynamic candidates who are bilingual to undergo a 2 year graduate training programme in sales and management.
After initial training in the UK, you will become Regional Sales Manager in France or Germany helping franchisees to develop their business.

We have several opportunities

 You will need to have native level French or German plus good English as you will be trained initially in the UK and then return to France or Germany to work.

To succeed as a Sales Manager you will need:

• The drive and desire for a career in field sales
• Keenness for development and responsibility at a fast rate
• The desire to train and work both in the UK and Europe
• Charisma and ability to enthuse and motivate others

Sales experience is not required
We have 25 years experience of running very comprehensive sales training and personal development programmes for graduates.
A high degree of travel will be expected from this role.
