Today's show brought back Charice from the Philippines who first appeared on the show for the 'World's Smartest Kids' episode in May of 2008. Charice had a summer full of dreams coming true including performing with Andrea Bocelli and meeting producer David Foster after her last appearance on the Oprah Show. Oprah was intent on making more of Charice's dreams come true, saying that she loves to help people who really want and deserve to get their ultimate wishes. One of these wishes includes Charice performing with Celine Dion - who appeared on the show via satellite - in Madison Square Garden next week (Oprah will show clips on the September 19th episode).

Oprah also announced on the show the start of her search for the smartest and most talented kids. Taking inspiration from all the great talent being showcased on YouTube, Oprah has given access to parents to upload video of their talented kids on Oprah.com to be featured on the website or possibly on an upcoming episode!
